Mimecast Appoints Graham Douglas as Chief Customer and Revenue Officer to Drive Global Growth. Mimecast, a global leader in cybersecurity dedicated to redefining how organizations manage and secure human risk, has announced the appointment of Graham Douglas as its new Chief Customer and Revenue Officer. In this expanded leadership role, Douglas will oversee Mimecast’s worldwide customer and revenue operations, bringing together customer success, sales, and go-to-market strategies to further accelerate growth and enhance customer value across all regions.
Mimecast CEO Marc van Zadelhoff praised Douglas’s leadership, noting his significant contributions since joining the company eight months ago. “Graham has demonstrated deep expertise in customer engagement and exceptional skill in managing large, global sales organizations,” said van Zadelhoff. “His passion for fostering trusted customer relationships and his disciplined approach to operations will strengthen our ability to deliver greater value to our customers and partners worldwide.”

Before this appointment, Douglas served as Senior Vice President of the Americas at Mimecast, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s regional presence. With more than 25 years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams in the cybersecurity and technology sectors, Douglas has held senior global leadership roles at Cloudera, Momentive AI, and Oracle. During his decade at Oracle, he managed enterprise sales teams across North America and Europe, earning a reputation for operational excellence and customer-focused growth.
Originally from Scotland, Douglas holds degrees from the University of Strathclyde and RMIT University. Now based just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, he brings a strong global perspective and extensive expertise in cybersecurity and SaaS to Mimecast’s executive leadership team. His appointment marks a strategic step forward as Mimecast continues to strengthen its position as a leading force in helping organizations mitigate and secure against human-related cybersecurity risks.
