WORQ and KitKat Partner to Bring Back the Joy of Workplace Breaks. WORQ, Malaysia’s leading coworking and flexible workspace provider, has teamed up with Nestlé KitKat to launch the “Break Better” campaign, an initiative designed to bring KitKat’s signature message of quality, uninterrupted breaks into the modern workplace. The collaboration aims to encourage professionals to rediscover the importance of taking mindful pauses throughout their workday — a small act that can greatly improve well-being, creativity, and productivity.
The partnership was officially launched on 9 October 2025 during WORQ’s “People-First Blueprint: Building Thriving Workplaces” event, co-hosted with BFM 89.9. The event gathered C-suite and HR leaders from companies such as YTL AI Labs & Ryt Bank, Valiram Group, Pos Malaysia Berhad, Ninja Van Malaysia, BrioHR, and Arvato Systems to discuss how cultivating people-first cultures can enhance business performance. Against this backdrop, WORQ and KitKat introduced the campaign as a fresh reminder that sustainable success begins with employee well-being — and that even something as simple as a proper break can make a meaningful difference.

As part of the campaign, the first “KitKat Break Box Zone” was launched at WORQ Bandar Utama, providing a dedicated area where members can take a break away from digital distractions. These zones are designed to offer moments of pause, reflection, and connection — spaces where individuals can reset their minds, share a laugh, or simply unwind with a KitKat. From October to November 2025, the initiative will expand to other WORQ outlets, transforming selected areas into KitKat Break Zones that blend relaxation with community engagement.
