GenAI Fund has officially announced the six startups selected for the inaugural FastTrack AI Accelerator “FastTrack” Cohort 1, chosen from more than 300 applications worldwide. The program, open to AI startups globally, aims to fast-track promising builders toward enterprise adoption, scalable impact, and investment readiness. Through the GenAI Fund’s extensive network of over 100 corporate partners across Asia, these startups will gain the opportunity to test, validate, and expand their innovations at scale.

The selected startups — Blaze AI, Life AI, Ourteam, Presight, Revve AI, and Tribee — represent a diverse mix of innovators applying generative and agentic AI to revolutionize key industries including healthcare, finance, recruitment, and retail. Each company was carefully chosen based on its potential to transform enterprise operations and deliver measurable business outcomes across the region.

Powered by GenAI Fund, the FastTrack program offers participating startups access to up to US$1 million in GPU and cloud resources, technical expertise, investment evaluation, and enterprise proof-of-concept (PoC) opportunities through the GenAI Open Innovation network. This flagship initiative connects AI startups with leading corporations across Asia for co-development and pilot projects, creating one of the region’s largest collaborative ecosystems for AI adoption and innovation.

Since late 2024, GenAI Fund’s Open Innovation programs have successfully facilitated more than 300 curated connections between enterprises and AI startups. According to Kai Yong Kang, Partner at GenAI Fund, this first FastTrack cohort embodies the most promising outcomes of that process. “We’re now helping them scale with 100+ enterprises across the region that are hungry for AI innovation — a sign that Southeast Asia is moving from experimenting with AI to truly deploying it,” he said.

Applications for the first cohort came from over 15 countries, led by Singapore (27%), Vietnam (23%), Malaysia (9%), and Indonesia (6%), with strong participation from the United States (11%) and India (8%). The most represented sectors were finance (43%), healthcare (37%), and retail (35%), followed by manufacturing, logistics, and education — industries where AI is demonstrating tangible value. Interestingly, nearly 92% of applicants are B2B-focused, echoing findings from the ASEAN GenAI Startup Report 2024, which highlights the growing dominance of enterprise AI in the region.

Each of the six selected startups has already secured enterprise PoC projects through the FastTrack program and is currently under active investment evaluation by GenAI Fund. Among them, Blaze AI is making high-quality, affordable voice AI accessible across Southeast Asia, led by researchers from Google Search and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Life AI is driving precision healthcare through decentralized science and AI-driven genomics, while Ourteam helps enterprises automate recruitment and improve hiring quality. Presight delivers trustworthy, hallucination-free AI insights from enterprise data warehouses, Revve AI builds human-like voice and chat agents for high-volume industries, and Tribee enhances frontline sales team performance with real-time behavioral coaching.

Following the success of its first cohort, GenAI Fund is now opening applications for FastTrack Cohort 2, inviting a new wave of global AI startups to scale their innovations with leading enterprises across Southeast Asia.
