Malaysia’s homegrown customisation e-commerce platform, CUSTA, has unveiled a major service renewal that marks a new milestone for the local digital economy. The revamped platform now offers a catalogue of 4,000 products, unlimited customisation options, and instant pricing with live lead-time estimates — a breakthrough innovation that replaces the industry’s long-standing manual quotation process through WhatsApp and email. This transformation positions CUSTA as the first platform in Malaysia to combine limitless customisation with instant pricing at scale, setting a new benchmark for speed, accessibility, and efficiency in the custom goods sector.

The new CUSTA experience introduces a streamlined catalogue capable of displaying thousands of products clearly and intuitively, paired with an upgraded product page that allows users to adjust every specification — from size and material to colour and print — while instantly viewing updated prices and delivery timelines. Traditionally, such custom orders required between 8 to 15 business days from quotation to confirmation, but with CUSTA’s system, the entire process can now be completed within a week, and in some cases, on the same day.

This innovation arrives at a crucial time when SMEs remain the backbone of Malaysia’s economy, representing nearly 90% of all businesses, contributing around 40% to GDP, and employing almost half of the national workforce.
