The Malaysian Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (MACEOS) proudly announces the highly anticipated return of two flagship events, the 3rd Malaysian Business Events Awards (MBEA) and 2nd EventXpo 2025 happening concurrently from 7–9 August 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
Regarded as the pinnacle of Malaysia’s business events calendar, this dual celebration promises to honour excellence, spark innovation, and showcase transformative trends that continue to drive the industry forward.

EventXpo 2025: Where Business Events Meet Innovation
Following the success of its inaugural edition, EventXpo 2025 returns with the theme “Smart Solutions, Smart Events” bringing together professionals across the region for three vibrant days of networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
The exhibition aims to transform how corporate buyers and industry players connect by offering a one-stop platform that showcases the latest event technology, smart solutions, and trends. From interactive experiences to exclusive keynote sessions, EventXpo 2025 is set to redefine the business events marketplace.

Set to shine on 7 August 2025, the Malaysian Business Events Awards (MBEA) is back to celebrate outstanding achievements, creativity, and leadership within Malaysia’s thriving business events industry.
“The past few years have tested our resilience, but our industry has bounced back stronger and more innovative than ever,” said Datuk Dr M Gandhi. “MBEA is about recognising those who raise the bar—and continue delivering world-class events.”
This year’s edition will unveil new award categories such as Business Catalyst Excellence and Best Stage Design Excellence, reflecting the evolving dynamics and innovation in the industry.
