Among the highlights at Sony’s NAB Show exhibit are the unveiling of a Super35mm Camera System with Variable Neutral Density (VND), a compact Full-Frame Camera Extension System, and an advanced camera tracking solution technologies that enhance the creative process and offer unparalleled flexibility for modern production workflows.

Sony is leading the charge with a suite of next-gen tools that embrace cloud technology, IP protocols, and augmented extended reality (XR) to enhance cinematic capture, spatial content creation, and virtual effects workflows. Plus, the CNA-2 Camera Control Network Adapter firmware update allows for remote operation of multiple cameras, ideal for large-scale productions like sporting events. In addition, Sony is launching its new BVM-HX1710 and BVM-HX1710N professional 4K monitors with an impressive peak luminance of 3,000 nits. These monitors will offer HDR and SDR production with advanced calibration tools and comparison features to ensure perfect visual output.
