Yayasan MR D.I.Y., the philanthropic arm of MR D.I.Y. Group [M] Berhad, has once again been honoured with the prestigious ‘Foundation of the Year’ award in the Home Improvement Retailer, Community Care Leadership category at the Sustainability & CSR Malaysia Awards 2025. This marks the second consecutive year the foundation has received this esteemed recognition, following its accolade for Outstanding Community Spirit in 2024.
Organised by CSR Malaysia under the Malaysian Sustainable and Corporate Responsibility Organisation, the annual awards celebrate local organisations demonstrating exemplary leadership in driving social, economic, and environmental progress. Winners are selected by a panel of distinguished judges from both corporate and social sectors, based on clear CSR goals, measurable impact, consistency, transparency, creativity, team capability, and sincerity of efforts.
The awards ceremony was held on 17 July 2025 at Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, where the awards were presented by the Deputy Minister of Women, Family, and Community Development, Datuk Seri Dr. Noraini Ahmad.

Since its establishment in June 2023, Yayasan MR D.I.Y. has implemented diverse community programmes that positively impacted over 95,000 individuals across Malaysia in 2024.
